Topic: An MLIR Dialect for Distributed Heterogeneous Computing
Description: We present a new MLIR dialect designed for distributed heterogeneous computing. Modern compute clusters often consist of a diverse mix of hardware architectures, making code generation and orchestration across such systems complex and error-prone. Our dialect simplifies this challenge by providing abstractions that enable coordination and code generation for heterogeneous compute environments, allowing developers to target CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators across distributed nodes with ease.
